Brian Young – Brian and I were partners prior to Auction Direct. Several years ago, Brian asked me to help build upon his concept for a unique Atlanta web design and marketing firm called Push Things Forward. Brian and I have worked on some incredible projects I never thought were possible…

I can’t say enough good things about Brian; talk with him about the Internet and you’ll get the picture. Hang out with him – rather, try to keep up with him, and you’ll see where the competitive nature was born from.

Marc Williamson – Marc runs a large multi-generation business based in Rochester, NY called MIG Building Systems.  He wears a couple of hats and does an amazing job of it as well. Marc is an accountant living within a specific niche of the construction industry.

I’ve always respected Marc for his solid work ethic, his grasp of knowledge and desire to continue to learn even more. His love for the business is only exceeded by his love for his wife and kids. And maybe golf.

Walter Glinka – Walt and I share a killer office at Auction Direct USA.  I’m honestly not 100% sure how he he coordinates our buying, pricing and management of the used cars for Auction Direct as the Corporate Inventory Director. However, I do know he does an incredible job.

Walt’s a positive force. I’m glad he does his job for us and not for our competitors. His persistence, hard work and all out positive vibe is infectious. Get yourself a ‘Walter’ and great things will happen at your company. Get your own though – you can’t have ours.

Todd Hoagey – Todd is the COO at Auction Direct USA, but the title isn’t what’s important to Todd. Doing your best – at anything you do – is what’s important to him. Todd is one of the visionaries behind the original Auction Direct concept – the idea that we can change the way people buy used cars.

Todd’s passion for quality and perfection helps drive everyone around him. Corvettes and Van Halen help drive Todd.

John Iannone - John is the CEO of Auction Direct USA. He’s also part of creating the original vision for Auction Direct.  John sees the big picture, assembles the best talent and keeps everyone’s eye on the prize.

He’s like the big brother you never had – only better; he brings out the best in people. And, he doesn’t pick on you. Unless needed.

Dale Pollak – Dale is an enthusiastic and experienced entrepreneur; developing bright ideas into industry leading tools and solutions comes easy to him – his current role is Founder and Chairman of the Board of vAuto.

Dale advises the retail automotive industry on current best practices, contributes regularly to several automotive publications and also to his blog: Velocity. His first book was recently published and has another on the way. And, he even has his law degree.  Dale is always on the go and making good things happen with his decision making skills and the ability to block out the noise.

I think he also secretly invented the automobile and isn’t telling.

Mike Guerrein – Mike is the Director of Marketing at Auction Direct USA. He’s the one responsible for managing how, when and where the brand appears across traditional marketing channels; a tough job in today’s automotive market.  Mike’s poise is a result of his experience and knowledge of the media markets. Although he may argue that’s the result of his flawless golf game.

Mike wants the best results from his efforts and, in doing so, passes that positive vibe to those around him.

Jared Hamilton – Jared is the Founder of DrivingSales.com. He’s on a mission. A mission to change the shape of the online car dealer social networks. Jared has been around the business since he was as high as a rear bumper. He’s got an incredible vision of the automobile industry’s future and an even better ability to communicate that vision. The people he connects with and shares his passion with is another amazing talent; he’s  a definite finisher.

He says he lives in Utah, but he’s on the go so much, I think he lives in an airplane.
