The WordPress 2.0 iPhone app is now available.
They did a nice job making it very easy to set up and start posting. This is a great way to get more content to your blog – faster.
Review existing comments, posts and pages and make edits on the fly. Preview your posts and add photos directly to your post within the app.
Blog titles, tags & categories can be selected. However, extra page formatting options need to be entered either in your admin panel or added within your post. Items such as:
- Lists
- Bold font
- Links
- Custom title/URL/SEO elements
Here’s a few screen shots of the app. If you’re looking for an easy posting method & another way to break away from your computer, this is a must have. (And yes, this was posted from the app.)

I like the idea that dealers that have WordPress blogs can quickly add new posts to their automotive microsites. Cool new app and the iPhone is becoming more of a mobile computer platform each day.

Yes – a great idea for efficiency…so many possibilities as the app allows for multiple blogs to be added within the control panel.
