Posterous – the sliced bread of blogging platforms got a makeover. Now you can create a custom Posterous theme – something I don’t feel that was even necessary. The simplicity of the original page layout created an added level of attention-grabbing stickiness to each post.

Not familiar with Posterous? Its so simple. (This also ranks near the top of my “Why The Hell Didn’t I think Of That?” list)
There. You just created your own blog.
And now you can also add a custom Posterous theme to your clever blog post. Choose between a few standard templates or get really creative and add your own style in the advanced editing section. Either way, you’ll end up with a simple blogging platform that’s really pleasing on the eyes and impresses everyone who visits. Pay attention to the extra connectivity options and get a leg up on your social media optimization efforts.
